Boule de Neige holiday farm restaurant. For almost 20 years, Elsa the cook has been delighting her guests with traditional local dishes. A genuine and wholesome cuisine, guaranteed by the use of seasonal produce of the vegetable garden and greenhouse, eggs, milk, cheese, cold cuts and meat from the farm. The guests are welcomed in a warm and friendly atmosphere, where courtesy and hospitality reign supreme.
