Situated in the Chantorné basin, the restaurant is built in stone, wood and lauze to respect the regional architecture. In winter, it can be reached on skis or by snowmobile, in summer from the dirt road which runs along the mountain. The homemade food is simple but full of flavour, and can also be appreciated on the large wood terrace, as you take in the breathtaking panorama.
Specialties:
Dishes of the Aosta Valley tradition – like pancakes, polenta concia and polenta with meat (stew, carbonade, sausage, game) – at times reinterpreted, like the “gnocchi del dau”, which is based on polenta dressed with radish and melted cheese. The wine menu offers a selection of red and white, local and national wines, to pair with the food.
