Opened in June 2017, the chalet is at an altitude of 1700 m. Its overall appearance is classical with the traditional exterior finished in local stone, but modernised by using innovative materials (laminated wood with wood fibre insulation). This is how it has been turned into a low-energy ClimateHouse, with broad expanses of windows facing south-east and west and finished with fir and larch wood on the northern side. The chalet is mainly southern-facing, providing breathtaking views of the valley below and the chief town with the lower villages of Torgnon. It comes with sundecks and terraces in larch wood, an outdoor garden and a useful laundry room and storage for the winter season. Discover the attention to detail and to the materials used, in full harmony with the surrounding landscape, while the energy features ensure high level comfort inside the rooms. Rooms and apartments are available to guests on the ground and first floors.
