A restaurant in the forest, easily reached by car in both summer and winter, it has a cuisine that encompasses Valdestan traditions,passion for locally produced food and attentiveness to vegan and vegetarian preferences. The building, adjacent to more than 40 km of cross-country ski routes and to the downhill slopes, is very versatile: it becomes a foyer for skiers, snowshoe wearers and all types of sportsmen, and provides changing rooms and showers free of charge in winter. In summer it is surrounded by free playing fields (football, basket ball and volley ball) and picnic area. It takes on a different character at dusk: themed evenings with amazing night excursions.
